Mrs. Fern C. Detrick, age 59, of 205 Lakeside Drive, passed away Sunday, March 17 at the Mary Lanning Hospital. Survivors are her husband, Ralph; 1 son Neil of Cedar Rapids, IA; 1 daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Jorgensen of Atkinson, KS.; 4 grandchildren; her mother Mrs. Betty Blickenstaff of Holdrege, NE.; 4 sisters, Mrs. Albert Swanson, Orleans, NE., Mrs. Roy Housden, Huntley, NE., Mrs. Ralph York, Los Angeles, CA., and Mrs. Paul Wohlgemuth, Holdrege, NE., and 3 brothers, Chester Blickenstaff, Klamath Falls, OR., Bert Blickenstaff, Stanford, NE., and Johnny Blickenstaff of Delta, CO. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 19 at 10:00 a.m., in the Methodist Church with Dr. Fay C. Mills officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the Cancer Fund.
