Notes for Maria Ursula WARNER
From Burgert, Northern Kraichgau, quoting Allemengel Moravian:

"Ursula Romich was born in the month of Feb. 1699 in Rohrbach near Sinsheim in the Palatinate. Of her childhood little is known except that very early she went to live with strangers and suffered many hardships. In 1726 she married Peter Kramer, a glazier , and in 6 years of marriage had four children, all four of whom died as small children. In the year 1732 as they were coming to America her husband committed suicide at sea. She landed in Philadelphia where she remained until 1733. She married (2) Adam Romich with whom in 34 years of happy marriage, she had 5 children; two of the sons and one daughter preceded her in death. ... She and her husband were admitted as members of the Moravian church in 1762. She was sick for 10 days with a severe cough and got pneumonia."

Norris and Kerchner give her name as Warner rather than Wanner.

Burgert doesn't name the children.

Kay Bradford, e-mail 1/13/96, says they were married 19 June 1733 by Rev. Casper Stoever, and that she is named there as Maria Ursula Kraemarin.
