Lived near Winchester, Virginia, and was a granddaughter of Joseph and Ann (Clark) Coulson, of Cecil County, Maryland. Said Joseph Coulson believed to have been a native of England, was disowned by the Society of Friends for serving in the Revolutionary Anny. Was captured by the British toward the end of the War. Mrs. Rebecca C. Talbott died probably in 1901 or 1902, age 86 years.
