“I don't think Catherine Hauver's father was Samuel Hawver. Rather, I believe her parents were Johan Peter Hauver and Hannah Kasebier. I don't have documentary evidence for this at present. However, in addition to their being other trees which show these two individuals as Catherine Hauver's parents, I in fact share DNA with someone who is descended from Hannah Kasebier's parents (or grandparents).” -- Gary Bookhammer
